- Medexec were retained by the organisation to appoint a CEO and President of the organisation responsible for the leadership of 450 FTE’s. The business required a change of leadership to give strong direction and structure to the US operation as they were set to launch within a new market and required specialist knowledge within the private healthcare markets.
