- Not only conduct the screening of candidates sourced by Medexec but also screen and interview the internal candidate (already identified) in order to uphold best practice and maintain a consistent process on behalf of the company.
Results Delivered
Medexec were able to identify 3 suitable profiles matching the criteria, despite their being only a small pool of candidates, one of which was appointed due to their leadership experience and the specific and rare market experience in both surgery and diagnostics. We continued to provide support with negotiations and the onboarding of the successful candidate.
