- Requirement for an SVP, a key hire for their EMEA business, to report directly to the company’s CEO to drive their financial and growth in becoming a multi-billion global med tech business.
Our Recommendation
- Retained search project to network and engage relevant commercial VP/C-level candidates from high-growth medical technology and health businesses across Europe.
- Present a shortlist of high-calibre candidates to the business following a rigorous and structured screening and face to face interview process
- Uncover the true motivations of the shortlisted individuals.
- Provide psychometric assessment and executive psychology profiling reports in order to ensure cultural fit and skillset accuracy.
Results Delivered
This business-critical project was delivered by our experts to time-bound criteria. The successful SVP hire for the EMEA region has since been promoted by the company, taking on additional responsibilities for the Americas, contributing heavily to the organization’s growth of 1.5bn. Furthermore, the EMEA business has continued to see growth of between 30% to 50% YoY.
