- Due to our significant track record with this Dental Technology organization, we were retained for the search for a new Global VP of Marketing.
- This search actually resulted in Medexec identifying the profile of a candidate who was operating at a slightly more junior level but was culturally the right fit for the organization.
- Pursued this opportunity on behalf of the client to acquire a high potential leader from the wider market that was in addition to the initial brief.

- Provide consultancy around the cultural fit and what the individual could bring whilst not being suitable for the initial role.
- Fully understand and re-lay what the identified candidate can offer within another function due to their rare skillset and niche sector specific experience.
Results Delivered
The client subsequently hired this individual in addition to the VP we placed as Global Marketing Director for their growing and newly formed channel.
The individual was successful in driving the global marketing organization significantly impacting on the ROI of the new customer channel and within two years was promoted to Senior Director of Global Strategic Accounts.
