- A global 150 year established medical and surgical business based out Europe are looking to transition into a data driven business.
- Transform their commercial organization into the digital age by appointing a Global Director of Sales Force Effectiveness.
- Strict brief outlining that candidates should have global CRM implementation and previous experience of optimizing sales processes and digital tools.
Our Recommendation
- Medexec to partner with the Global HRBP and VP Commercial Excellence to understand the organization and challenges they are presented with.
- Hold weekly virtual update meetings to operate to the desired timescales.
- Carry out a retained search to identify profiles that will be benchmarked against one internal candidate.
- Manage the whole process and ensure that the internal and external candidates go through the same recruitment stages.
- Rigorous screening and interviewing in order to present the candidates to the client with our recommendation on the best profile(s) for the role.
Results Delivered
The project was delivered in a smooth, seamless manner which included the management and coordination of over 6 interviews between the candidates and client stakeholders in a virtual environment. This high-level of service and successful execution of this assignment resulted in us being mandated for 3 additional commercial excellence roles on a retained basis. We were therefore integral in the completion of a full project recruitment drive for their ‘Commercial Excellence” business and facilitated the company’s transformation into a data-driven decision making business.
